FasTrac is a federal program that allows any federal agency (including DOD) to purchase state-of-the-art training products and services at pre-negotiated discount prices. Through FasTrac, federal agencies can quickly and easily purchase products and services from 30+ industry-leading training companies.

The FasTrac program, a government "learning solutions cooperative," was developed to foster cooperation among government organizations to maximize learning technology interoperability and eliminate redundant development of advanced learning technologies.

FasTrac solutions meet multiple federal training requirements and provide on-line certifications, Continuing Education Units (CEU), and transfer credits for major universities.

Amer Technology, Inc. is the Prime Contractor for FasTrac.

FasTrac is managed by FedSource, a U.S. Department of Treasury franchise fund created by Congress in 1994 to cultivate creativity in government.

To use FasTrac, federal agencies simply sign an Interagency agreement with FedSource, then submit a short (e.g. 1 page) statement of work. Normally within 1-2 weeks, FedSource will return an Agency Quote. If the federal agency accepts the proposal, it simply signs the quote, transfers funds to FedSource and begins receiving products/services from the FasTrac vendor, while FedSource manages the contract.
