Responsibilities :

Human Resource assistant will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant must possess the follow skills and be able to perform some or all of the following duties:

  • Applicant must be fast learner

  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment; Q-Books and paychex
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills

  • Communication with new hires and processing of New Hire Packages
  • Maintain employee files and the HR filing system
  • Processing of timesheets each pay period
  • Answer basis HR questions from employees
  • Assist Human Resources Manager in special projects
  • Some prior Human Resource experience but not required

Responsibilities : AMER is looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Senior Sales Executive for our San Antonio office/Remote office. This is an opportunity to work for a market leader and to apply your experience and sales skills to build success in new and existing clients.
The Sales Executive is a 'consultative' sales-professional who can ask the right questions to determine key client requirements to build credibility and follows up by proposing the right project staffing solution. The Sales Executive is perceived by the client as a 'trusted advisor' and is the face of AMER to the client.
To succeed in this position you will be a senior-level IT Consulting Sales Executive with entrepreneurial and 'hunter' skills to support our growing business. You are a confident, self-starter with Executive presence who is comfortable marketing to C' and VP' levels and has a hunter approach to Business Development with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services. You are also a team player with a strong track record of consistent over achievement. You have experience partnering with a recruiting team for mutual success.
Job Experience:
To be considered, you MUST have the following proven skills/abilities:
  • Must have at least 3 years experience selling IT Staffing and/or Consulting Services (Candidates will not be considered without this experience.)
  • Executive presence and comfortable marketing to C' and VP' levels.
  • Hunter approach to Business Development and selling to new clients with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services.
  • Experience in selling to in corporate clients, with established local contacts/network.
  • Advanced education.

Title : Recruiter/Accounts Manager (Newspaper adv.)

Responsibilities : Amer Technology, Inc. has an immediate need for a recruiter who has technical sales experience for IT Staff Supplementation and successful track record of placing high tech consultants.
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
Evaluate candidate's strengths compared with client's requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current job requirements.
Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background.
Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate contractor related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements.
Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices" and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get leads.

Title : Business Development Manager (Newspaper adv.)

Responsibilities : Business Development and Account Management for Non-Government Projects, which may include working with Government Contracting Agencies.
Working with Recruiters on Business Development and Support for any deals or dealings he is working on.
Lead Recruiter for all Projects and work/train Recruiters to become a better resource to recruit.
Main point of contact to work on collecting invoices when needed for all Commercial Accounts.
Main point of contact on non-related HR issues for commercial Consultants.
Develop, Research, and gain Business Contacts for Future Business, whether it is my own handling or Recruiters.
Follow up Quarterly with Consultants to make sure they are satisfied with Job Environment.
Negotiate raises and higher bill rates for Consultants and/or Amer Technology when necessary.
RFI Proposal Work for Commercial Contracts
Updating PowerPoint, MS Word, and other documents to keep Companies Current with Amer Technology Information and technical advances.
Meet/exceed sales quota of placing three new employees for Amer per month (Average in each six months)

Responsibilities : Gather user requirements and client specifications in order to write, update, and maintain software programs and packages which handle specific jobs, including storing and retrieving data and controlling other equipment. Translate functional requirements to technical detailed design documents. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to make sure instructions are correct and they produce the desired information. Work on diagrams and sequence diagrams for design requirements.
