In 1995, Amer Technology was founded in Texas by Mr. Balwinder Dhillon. It was guided by one straightforward message: provide excellent solutions, on time, and within the customer's budget.

Mr. Dhillon’s reputation within the information technology (IT) community made him able to provide the finest high-tech consultants in the industry. Within two years, Amer Technology was the choice for Fortune 500 companies such as: AT&T, IBM, and Kinetic Concepts Inc. (KCI) for providing complex and unique hi-tech services in the following areas:

In 2000, Amer earned an 8(a) certification from the U.S. Small Business Administration. This opened the doors for Amer Technology’s diversification into federal government contracts. Since that time, Amer has grown its service line to include professional specialties -- from human resources consultants to social service experts.
